We are a Belgian property development company established in 1985 with experience in office, commercial and residential building sector. We create unique projects which enrich the architectural landscape of cities, at the same time taking care of the comfort of future users and following the idea of sustainable development. We have been successfully implementing investments for 26 years, also in Poland . In 2017, the Warsaw Spire skyscraper, as the only project from Poland, was awarded the title of World’s Best Office Building in the MIPIM competition organised in Cannes. At the beginning of 2020, in Warsaw’s Śródmieście district, we completed a unique apartment building in a historic tenement house on Foksal Street, which was considered the best luxury property in Central and Eastern Europe as part of the CIJ Awards “Hall of Fame: Best of the best” competition. We are also involved in the prestigious Flisac project, which is being built on the Vistula River in the vicinity of the Świętokrzyski Bridge, right next to the Copernicus Science Centre metro station.

Projects

Foksal 13/15
Foksal 13/15 is a luxury residential investment consisting of two adjacent historic tenement houses located in the very centre of the city, near the Royal Route. The project uses bold and rare architectural and technological solutions, while taking care of the historic values of the project. A two-storey car park, a SPA area with a fitness room, a panoramic terrace with a bar and a jacuzzi as well as guest rooms are the most important facilities provided to ensure the comfort of future residents.

Flisac Apartamenty Powiśle
Flisac is an exclusive apartment building being built in the prestigious part of Warsaw’s Powiśle district, next to the Świętokrzyski Bridge and the Siren Monument. The modern architecture, attractive facade and high quality finishing materials make Flisac stand out in the Vistula River panorama. The roof provides a green recreation space with a glazed viewing terrace, and throughout the building – a number of thoughtful solutions for future residents.

Warsaw Spire
The Warsaw Spire is a complex of office buildings, located in the business part of the Wola district. Its dominant feature is a 180-metre tall skyscraper – one of the tallest in Warsaw. The complex encompasses Europejski Square with minor architectural features, fountains and greenery, which is accessible to the public. The investment was awarded the title of World’s Best Office Building.

Woronicza Qbik
Completed in 2012, the Woronicza Qbik investment is one of the most unique residential projects in Warsaw over the last years. The building located in Mokotów district has 350 one-storey and two-storey loft-style apartments, with an area of up to 206 sq m. Some of them are equipped with nearly 6 metre-tall panoramic windows, which offer a view of Warsaw’s business district. The interior green patio visible through the glass facade provides the whole development with a sophisticated look.

Villa Pan Tadeusz
Villa Pan Tadeusz is Ghelamco’s first residential investment in Poland, completed in 2005. The building, located in Warsaw’s Ochota district, has the highest standard of finish and includes 18 apartments, all located next to one of the largest green oases in the city – Szczęśliwicki Park. That is why the project includes large windows and spacious terraces with a view of the nearby park and lake.

Rezydencja Tumska
The Tumska Residence is part of an office and residential complex located at the Bema Square in Wrocław – in the vicinity of the city centre. Thus, it is the first Ghelamco project carried out in Poland outside Warsaw. The cosy building has 71 apartments with various living areas and an underground car park for residents. The unique character of the residence is co-created by an impressive internal courtyard with an illuminated fountain.
