We are a Belgian property development company established in 1985 with experience in office, commercial and residential building sector. We create unique projects which enrich the architectural landscape of cities, at the same time taking care of the comfort of future users and following the idea of sustainable development. We have been successfully implementing investments for 26 years, also in Poland . In 2017, the Warsaw Spire skyscraper, as the only project from Poland, was awarded the title of World’s Best Office Building in the MIPIM competition organised in Cannes. At the beginning of 2020, in Warsaw’s Śródmieście district, we completed a unique apartment building in a historic tenement house on Foksal Street, which was considered the best luxury property in Central and Eastern Europe as part of the CIJ Awards “Hall of Fame: Best of the best” competition. We are also involved in the prestigious Flisac project, which is being built on the Vistula River in the vicinity of the Świętokrzyski Bridge, right next to the Copernicus Science Centre metro station.
Foksal 13/15 is a luxury residential investment consisting of two adjacent historic tenement houses located in the very centre of the city, near the Royal Route. The project uses bold and rare architectural and technological solutions, while taking care of the historic values of the project. A two-storey car park, a SPA area with a fitness room, a panoramic terrace with a bar and a jacuzzi as well as guest rooms are the most important facilities provided to ensure the comfort of future residents.
