Groen in Dutch means green, and is thus associated with the closeness of nature and the fullness of life. Konstancin, located in the former Vistula valley, used to be an area of exceptional agricultural value, but also demanding due to the seasonally changing river level. Those conditions were favourable for experienced Dutch colonists, mainly from the Netherlands, who settled in that area from the late 16th to the 19th century. Their experience in land drying has led to the flourishing of agriculture in the area. To this day, willows, drainage ditches and a few Evangelical churches are still present in the local landscape.

local inspirations
The design assumptions of the Groen estate refer to the cultural legacy of the former settlers of the area, characterised by a disciplined and functional approach to development planning. It is a creative development of the tradition of building Dutch houses, expressed in the love of simplicity, openness and spatial order.

your new home
In a unique style
The cosy buildings with a total area of 172 to 196 sq m are designed on rectangular projections. All houses have sloping graphite-shaded roofs and large windows. The bright facades have been enhanced with details in the form of cladding in various shades and panels resembling natural wood. The entrances to the houses are marked by a roof-covered zone decorated with vertical blinds and plant pots. All houses have two parking spaces located in the garage or in the driveway. The heat in your home will be provided by an individual, multifunctional gas stove, which will allow you to optimise heating costs according to your needs. The interiors of the houses are spacious: the ground floor and the first floor are almost 3 metres tall and the attic is 4 metres tall, so you can feel the space. Private gardens of different sizes are an additional advantage.
