We look down at Groen Konstancin and check the status of works in the second stage of the investment. Soon, the second stage of the estate will welcome new residents. All the houses built in the second stage have already found buyers, who certainly want to know the progress of works on the construction site.

Below is a list of completed and ongoing works:

• We have completed the construction works and the masonry of the partition walls.
• We have provided all external networks.
• We have made all the foundations for roads and pavements.
• We are performing the last works related to the installation of the roof truss on all buildings.
• We continue work on roofing and facades.
• We have started plastering works.
