Spring look at elevation of Groen Konstancin Estate

First days of spring encourage to activities and a lot of changes have taken place at the construction site of Groen Konstancin Estate. The whole winter was time of hard work! The first stage houses have ready elevations, window joinery and we are focus on installation of central heating.

Currently, we are working on land development: fencing off private gardens, streets, hardening the driveways, streets and also we are finishing works on house elevation details, which will give personal touch to individual homes.

We have also started building second stage of Groen Konstancin Estate. At the moment, we have made excavation and foundation works to build anothe 48 houses.
