Works on STAGE I of the Groen Konstancin investment are coming to an end.

Currently, finishing works on the façades and land development are being carried out. Technical inspections are also underway before the upcoming acceptance of houses.

In STAGE II, work is underway on laying foundation walls and preparing insulation of the foundations. We have also already excavated for the purpose of carrying out works and laying strip foundations.
