Winter weather conditions didn’t disturb construction works of The Groen Konstancin Estate in any way. The houses had been roofed before the winter season started. Currently, the installation of window frames is being completed.

All type D and E houses, located on the south side, have the facades ready. The internal plastering works and installation works are in progress.

The second stage of the construction of the investment is about to start soon – as planned.
