We are pleased to inform you about the progress in the construction of the Groen Konstancin estate. Work on the third stage of the investment is proceeding according to the established plan.

Below, we present the completed tasks within this stage:

• Masonry and reinforced concrete structures have been completed in buildings 26-37.
• The erection of partition walls in buildings 28-37 has been finished.
• Roofs have been installed on buildings 34-36.
• Under-plaster installations have been completed in buildings 34-37.
• Plastering has been done in building 36.

Currently, work is underway on:

• Masonry and reinforced concrete structures in buildings 25-27.
• Roof installation in buildings 28-31.
• Under-plaster installations in buildings 30-31.
• Plastering work in buildings 34-35.

Each completed stage brings us closer to finalizing the construction. We will keep you informed about further progress.
