We would like to present an overview of the situation on the credit market. We already know today that the Monetary Policy Council did not raise NBP interest rates again at the December meeting. This may herald the end of the cycle of increases and thus the inhibition of declines in the creditworthiness of potential borrowers. The current NBP reference rate is still at the level of 6.75%.
This situation met with an immediate reaction from Finamax, which, among others, has expanded its offer with loans with fixed interest rates, which will help in obtaining higher creditworthiness.

- banks are moving away from bridging insurance fees,

In the case of fixed and variable interest rates, the highest creditworthiness is as follows:
1/ A single person (income: 5.5 thousand net) can receive as much as PLN 310,499 at mBank at a variable interest rate with a margin of 2.39%
2/ A couple (30 years of age, net income of 9,000) can receive as much as PLN 507,950 at mBank at a fixed interest rate of 8.91% for the first 5 years
3/ A couple with 1 child (30 years of age, income 10,000 net) can receive as much as PLN 541,400 in PKO BP at a variable interest rate with a margin of 1.1% in the first year, and 2.23% in the subsequent years
4/ A couple with 2 children (30 years of age, income 12.5 thousand net) can receive as much as PLN 676,500 in PKO BP at a variable interest rate with a margin of 1.1% in the first year, and 2.23% in the subsequent years
As you can see in the above calculations, the joint loan taken together with a co-borrower will significantly increase creditworthiness by an average of PLN 200,000.
